About this process

- This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, known as Print on Demand, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver..

The company that i use does not outsource printing, it is done in house from around the world, so the nearest print branch will deal with your order, that includes USA and UK branches.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction & is better for the environment. Each item is made to order so i accept returns if there is a problem with your products. Please email with a photo if there is an issue with the printing or the product, I will respond with instructions as to what to do next and if applicable where to return.

Delays due to any postal system is out of our hands but we should be able to track the progress of your package. Orders usually take approx 10 hours before going into print so you have this time to cancel or change details, after this time I will be unable to cancel but if you have a problem please message me and I will attempt to sort a solution for you.

Please be aware that items returned to seller (me) because of incorrect address or non collection from your mail provider will incur a re-delivery charge.

Customs.

All customs are payable by the buyer.

We DO NOT accept exchanges or refunds unless there is a major issue with the product received.

-Poor quality: blurry or unclear print.

- Product differs significantly from the description.

- Faulty/Damaged due to production errors or shipping mishaps.

-The item was shipped to the wrong address

Cancellation And Returns:

Unfortunately, due to our products being made to order and sold seasonally, our store's policy does not allow for returns or exchanges.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
